888 Holdings is expected to make an initial cash payment of £11 million, followed by further payments based on performance and set between five and six times the businesses earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation in the year to March 31, 2011.

The Wink Bingo network includes Posh Bingo and Bingo Fabulous and is operated on the Dragonfish bingo infrastructure. It currently has more than 60,000 active players making it one of the most popular sites in online bingo.
