Bingo Lingo: Our Favourite Entries
So... a little while ago we hosted a little competition that asked our wonderful Twitter followers to create their own bit of Bingo Lingo. And we are happy to report that we were rather inundated with entries, which means that we're going to share some of our favourite ones with you!
But before we get going, why not quickly check out our very own Bingo Lingo Glossary.
Having no limit to the number of entries that a user could post, many of our Twitter followers were keen to post several of their Bingo Lingo suggestions. One such person was @jadebythesea, who made several suggestions including 'Time to be Thrifty, number 50' and 'Hell of a Drive, number 25'. We also had a few entries from @emmathackery, but our favourite bit of Bingo Lingo suggestion from her was 'Looking mighty fine, number 39'.
Whereas some people attempted to make clever rhymes, other entrants wanted to appeal to our sense of prize giving with their Bingo Lingo. For instance, @jkohbk offered the suggestion 'win a prize, number 95', while @dipsymummy entered the competition with 'I would love to win this lovely draw, so fingers crossed number 24'. Although these were great entries, both of them were unable to claim the £200 Amazon voucher.
The lucky winner was in fact @missmamo, who appealed to our inner chocoholic with the suggestion 'Chocolate heaven, number 11'. Congratulations to you!
Finally, we would like to thank everyone for their brilliant suggestions. We would have loved to have given away more prizes due to the quality of the entries, but unfortunately we could only select one winner!
